Future Campus Projects

When the Sanctuary and Smith buildings are completed in January 2027, any remaining gifts will go toward work needed in other buildings. Projects that will be considered are:

For the Memorial Building, which houses Memorial Chapel, Redhead Hall, and youth and other classrooms:

  • Exterior tuck-pointing, estimated at $3,035,723.
  • Replacement of HVAC units, $2,248,335.

For the Corl Building, which houses children’s ministry and the Weekday Preschool:

  • Renovation of classrooms including replacement of floors, cabinets, countertops, ceiling tiles, sinks and bathroom fixtures, $1,128,064.
  • Replacement of HVAC units, $2,043,933.

 

For Mullin Life Center, which houses the Rejoice! service, Sunday nursery, Hot Dish & Hope, youth group, luncheons, and other major events:

  • Replacement of HVAC units, $350,000.
  • Upgrades to the elevator, $ 192,500.
