Many of us experience mental health challenges at some point. This workshop will help us learn how to care for ourselves and support others, work to eliminate stigma, offer practical resources to take home. Offered by the Kellin Foundation. May 20, 6-7:30 pm in Mullin Life Center. Pizza and lemonade provided. RSVP.
