For new students + families of WPC

Registration Policies

Registration begins the last full week in January, with priority acceptance given first to church members, second to currently enrolled students and their siblings, and third to children on the waiting list followed by members of the general community.

Acceptance into the WPC

Parents will be notified of acceptance into the program by March 1. Parents will have a mailing in August notifying them of their child's class placement and teacher's names. The mailing will also include a letter stating the date and time of the Parent Orientation Meeting. The Family Handbook, enrollment forms, and school calendar, etc. will be available by mid-August.

Class lists

Class lists will be formulated during the summer months. The class lists are determined by the number of children registered, balancing classes by gender and number of children enrolled for each age group. The Director places children in classes.
